As usual Training  Coordinator can work to engage people to attend our training in multiple area .
Work to get people connected through LinkedIn and redirect them to our training .
Trainees and Project mentor should coordinate to get students aligned with our staff and process for joining and certificate collection .
Engage students to regularly attend their training class ,get feedback from students for their trainings .
Align staff to properly coordinate syllabus completion
Get students completed with examination by providing examination supports and align through 3ds party Pearson Veu person

Training coordinator work is WFH ,But nee to attend office support on particular requests .Examinations and meeting with HR or Technical group

Benifits 5000 to 10000 as  onboarding amount and incentives Rs 500 for for each students onboarding through coordination .
Additionally for Trainings handled  based on personal interest in xxxxxxx sylabus  can earn 20 % per head from each per head training handled from students  and 5% for Training support to senior members .
