Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist, based in kollam kerala. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits and administration, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards. Key responsibilities also include facilitating recruitment, employee engagement, and supporting organizational development through effective HR practices.

Job Description

Manage complete recruitment lifecycle: manpower planning to onboarding
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, networks, and field hiring
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview panels
Prepare offer letters, manage joining formalities, and induction processes
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and documentation
Ensure fair hiring practices and compliance with HR policies
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Maintain HR records, attendance, leave, and documentation
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and audits.
Preferred Skills:

Fluency in Hindi,Tamil , Malayalam and English

Reporting to: Head HR

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, 6 yrs exp
