A client of Infosec Networks is hiring a ServiceNow Tools Implementation Specialist with 3+ years of experience for a 6-month contract engagement.

🔹 Experience Required

3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience

🔹 Key Skills

ServiceNow ITSM implementation & customization

Incident Management workflows, SLAs & escalations

Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flows

Integrations with monitoring / security tools

Basic JavaScript

🔹 Good to Have

ServiceNow CSA / CIS

Exposure to ServiceNow SecOps

Experience in InfoSec / Network environments

📌 Contract Duration: 6 Months
📌 Engagement Type: Contract
