Cybersecurity Lead Engineer (Risk Assessment Specialist- Operational Technology) (Location : Chennai- India )

Responsibilities :

# Conduct in-depth cybersecurity risk assessments across OT environments.
# Analyze and apply OT cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK) to evaluate security posture and identify vulnerabilities.
# Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cybersecurity awareness and implement best practices.
# Develop and maintain documentation and reporting for compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
# Work with our teams to recommend risk mitigation strategies based on GRC/cybersecurity standards.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a computer related field, plus one of the following certifications:

•  Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
•  Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
•  Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
•  Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
•  Global Industrial Control System Security Professional (SANS-GICSP)
•  Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI)
•  ISA99 or IC32-34 related OT certification


Good to have :

# 8+ years of experience within OT cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, IEC 62443, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK).
# 5+ years in risk assessment, GRC, OT security practices.
# A proven ability to assess and address security risks in industrial and operational technology.
