Are you a developer with a passion for AI and the ability to lead projects? We're looking for a dynamic AI Trainer who can combine technical expertise with project handling skills to build and guide intelligent systems.

📍 Location: Kollam (Onsite - Work from Office)

🔍 Role Overview:
As an AI Trainer, you will work at the intersection of development and artificial intelligence—training models, reviewing outputs, and managing projects related to web, mobile, and machine learning solutions.

🧠 Key Responsibilities:
• Train and evaluate AI models on full stack development tasks
• Review AI-generated code (frontend, backend, and mobile)
• Handle and manage development/AI-related projects end-to-end
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and stakeholders
• Create and annotate datasets for ML and development use cases
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of assigned projects

💻 Required Skills:
• Strong experience in Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI)
• Knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience in mobile app development (Flutter / React Native / Android / iOS)
• Understanding of REST APIs, databases, and system design
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

🌟 Nice to Have:
• Experience with TensorFlow / PyTorch
• Familiarity with Figma / Adobe XD
• Experience in project management or team handling
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
