ENSURE ALL ARE FOLLOWING THIS!


1. Use Strong Passwords

Create long passwords with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.

2. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Turn on 2FA for email, banking, and social media accounts.
Apps like Google Authenticator and Microsoft Authenticator add extra protection.


3. Beware of Phishing Emails & Messages

Do not click suspicious links or download unknown attachments.
Verify sender email addresses carefully.
Be cautious of urgent messages asking for money or passwords.


4. Keep Software Updated

Regularly update:
Operating systems
Browsers
Antivirus software
Mobile apps
Updates fix security vulnerabilities.


5. Avoid Public Wi-Fi for Sensitive Tasks

Do not access banking or personal accounts on public Wi-Fi.
Use a VPN if necessary.


6. Download Only from Trusted Sources

Install apps from official stores like:

Avoid pirated software and unknown websites.
