Skills-

        B. Tech / MCA with 3-5 years of relevant work experiences around data analytics, Business processes, understanding of BFSI industry. The ability to communicate effectively to team manager
•     The ability to effectively deal with multiple deadline-driven, customer-sensitive projects and tasks
•     Very strong time management and task prioritization skills
•     The ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing
•     Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into easily definable technical problems for development of solutions
•     Experience in writing high level and low level technical requirement documents
•     Experience in working in a global technology development model
•     Working knowledge and experience with Global Banking and Market / Global Control Room Surveillances / Volcker / Regulation W / Associate Investment Monitoring
•     Hands on experience in the development and/or development of Actimize based Surveillances
•     Well versed with Oracle SQL tuning, Autosys scheduling, Unix shell, scripting
•     Experience in both Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies environment often accompanied by shifting priorities and stringent deadlines



Client Static & Reference Data Management
•   Legal Entity Data: Maintain "Gold Copy" client static data, including legal names, tax status, and regulatory classifications (MiFID, FATCA).
•   Reference Oversight: Manage industry codes (GICS/SIC), LEIs, and internal hierarchy mappings to ensure accurate risk reporting.
•   Data Integrity: Perform daily reconciliations to identify and resolve data gaps across trading and accounting systems.

Settlement Standing Instructions (SSI) & Onboarding
•   SSI Mastery: Validate and record complex settlement instructions to ensure seamless payment and securities delivery via SWIFT.
•   Onboarding Coordination: Act as the data lead for new client transitions, ensuring all static and reference data is verified before "Go-Live."
•   Compliance Alignment: Partner with KYC and AML teams to ensure all client data meets global regulatory standards.



Role- Product Owner

Location- Pune/Mumbai

Experience- AM-3 to 5 Yrs- 12 LPA

DM- 6 to 8 Yrs- 16 LPA

Manager- 8 to 10 Yrs-25 LPA

Notice Period- 0-60 Days

Skills-

•  Quantexa configuration, Spark (Scala/Java), Kafka, SQL, JSON/Parquet.
•  Performance tuning: partitions, caching, broadcast joins, spill analysis.
•   5+ years of Product Management experience driving product implementation in an iterative approach.
•   A good balance of business acumen and technical knowledge with a proven track record of driving platform innovation with a customer-first mindset.           
•   Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information security, Mathematics, Statistics, or any other relevant qualification.     
•   Experience in large scale Technology Modernization and/or Transformations.     
•    Must have the ability to "connect the dots" between different requirements of different stakeholders.     
•    An established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, Agile, and SAFe principles.
•   Strong leadership with the ability to influence others through partnerships.         
•   Must possess a growth mindset and creative thinking skills.       
•   Build empathy with customers and end users knowing that the impacts of their work can be felt across multiple entities.
•   Strong knowledge of UI / UX development activities.

Azure Databricks/AWS EMR, Airflow, CI/CD pipelines; AML/Fraud domain exposure.

Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agilist Certification is a plus.
