Key Responsibilities – ERP Developer (ERPNext)

Implement, configure, and customize ERPNext (Frappe Framework) based on business requirements

Analyze client workflows and translate them into ERPNext modules and features

Develop and customize ERPNext apps, DocTypes, reports, scripts, and dashboards

Integrate ERPNext with third-party systems (APIs, payment gateways, CRM, HR, accounting tools, etc.)

Perform data migration, validation, and system testing

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve ERPNext-related issues

Provide implementation support, documentation, and user training

Collaborate remotely with project managers, stakeholders, and end users

Ensure security, performance optimization, and best practices in ERPNext deployments

🔹 Required Qualifications – ERP Developer (ERPNext)

Proven experience as an ERPNext Developer or ERP Implementation Consultant

Strong knowledge of ERPNext and Frappe Framework

Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Experience with MySQL / MariaDB

Hands-on experience with ERPNext modules (Accounts, HR, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, etc.)

Experience in open-source ERP implementation and customization

Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations

Ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based role

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

🔹 Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

ERPNext certification or Frappe Framework experience

Experience deploying ERPNext on Linux / Docker / Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines

Prior experience working with international clients

Understanding of cybersecurity or IT services environment
