IT Technical Manager – IT Solutions & Systems Integration
We are seeking a technically strong and business-driven IT Technical Manager to lead technical strategy, infrastructure projects, and pre-sales initiatives. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with solution design and sales enablement to deliver scalable, secure, and profitable IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor technical teams; manage daily operations and escalations.
Oversee IT infrastructure projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Design secure, resilient systems with strong SLA and uptime performance.
Own end-to-end proposal development: requirement analysis, solution architecture, costing, and presentations.
Support pre-sales activities including RFPs, tenders, POCs, and OEM coordination.
Manage enterprise hardware deployments, partners, and customer escalations.
Drive revenue growth through technical credibility and optimized solution design.
Experience Required
8–12 years in IT Pre-Sales, Delivery, Operations, or Systems Integration.
5–8 years in a Solution Integrator (SI) and Technical Management environment.
