onsite support services related to Routing, Switching, and Firewall implementation and configuration.
Scope of Work
Onsite engineering and technical support for implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Routing & Switching and Firewall solutions.
Routing & Switching (R&S) Engineer
Minimum Onsite Charge (within 50 km): 1,500
Hourly Rate (after minimum): 1000 per hour
Billing Method:
Minimum charge applicable for sites within 50 km upon site arrival
Additional hours calculated and billed on an hourly basis
Firewall Engineer
Minimum Onsite Charge (within 50 km): 1,500
Hourly Rate (after minimum): 1,500 per hour
Billing Method:
Minimum charge applicable for sites within 50 km upon site arrival
Additional hours calculated and billed on an hourly basis
Travel Charges (Applicable up to 100 km)
10 km – 50 km: Flat charge of 400
51 km – 100 km: Additional 100 for every 10 km (or part thereof)
Travel charges are capped at 100 km.
Accommodation Charges (Applicable beyond 100 km)
For site locations beyond 100 km, accommodation charges apply instead of travel charges.
Accommodation Cost: 1,500 per day
Charged for each day spent at the customer location.
Notes & Terms
All charges are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Travel and accommodation charges are billed in addition to service charges.
Services are provided during standard business hours unless otherwise agreed.
Administration Charge 1000 -3000 Extra Per day ,or Project Management rates applicable .
