Lead – Information Security and Offensive Security

Location: Kollam, Kerala

Department: Security Assurance Team

Contract : short term

Experience : 2  years with 1 years in cyber security



Key Responsibilities

Lead offensive security testing including VAPT, WiFi testing, network segmentation,

PCI-DSS ASV scans, AD security audits, and red teaming Perform cloud security assessments for AWS and Azure Analyze CVEs

, prioritize risks, and track remediation to closure Work closely with developers, DevOps, and IT teams to fix vulnerabilities

Prepare security reports and present findings to asset owners Ensure security testing aligns with compliance and regulatory standards



Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

2+ years of experience in cybersecurity/offensive security

Certifications such as CEH, ECSA, CHFI (preferred)

Strong knowledge of penetration testing, vulnerability management, and cyber threats

Experience with security tools (Firewalls, IPS, IAM, PAM, Cloud Security) Familiarity with OWASP, NIST, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR , DAST, SAST

Strong communication and stakeholder management skill
